Do you cancel for bad weather?
Yes, flights operate weather permitting for safety, which is our number 1 priority. If weather doesn't permit a flight we'll do everything possible to reschedule you for another time. If that is not an option you will receive a full refund for a weather cancellation.

Can pregnant women fly?
Due to safety and insurance purposes, we are not allowed to fly anyone who is pregnant or possibly pregnant.
Can children fly in the balloon?
All passengers are required to be at least 48 inches tall at the time of flight to ensure passenger safety. All passengers under the age of 18 will need to have a parent/guardian sign a waiver of liability for them and be accompanied by the parent/guardian.
How many passengers can your balloons hold?
Our balloons can hold up to 16 passengers depending on the overall weight and time of year flying. We fly the compartmentalized “Safety-T” baskets. We put 3-4 passengers per section for balance and safety, everyone gets a panoramic view of the beautiful Sedona Red Rock Country!
Will restrooms be available?
Restrooms are available pre-flight at our office. Once at the launch site, there are no restrooms available.
What are the physical requirements to ride?
Passengers must be at least 48 inches tall and able to stand unassisted for about 60 minutes. You must be able to climb in and out of the basket and bend your knees and waist for landing.
For safety reasons, riders cannot be pregnant, have recent surgeries, or use braces, casts, splints, walkers, canes, or crutches.
Guests over 280 lbs must call before booking. All passengers must sign a waiver before flying.
