Grand Canyon Tour by Air and Land from Sedona

Fly to the Grand Canyon, then explore it on the ground — all in one half-day from Sedona.

This tour combines the best of both worlds: a narrated scenic flight from Sedona's unique hilltop airport and a guided ground tour inside Grand Canyon National Park. You'll take off over Sedona's iconic red rock formations, soar past the San Francisco Peaks, the Painted Desert, and the Navajo Nation before arriving at the South Rim — all without the 2.5-hour drive each way.

Your flight includes a 25-minute overflight of the widest and most dramatic section of the canyon, flying a route that only a select few operators are permitted to fly — 1,000 feet above the rim. After landing at Grand Canyon Airport, you'll board a Buck Wild Hummer for a roughly 3-hour guided ground tour through Grand Canyon National Park, visiting scenic overlooks while your guide covers the canyon's geology, wildlife, Indigenous history, and conservation legacy. The return flight back to Sedona wraps up a full and efficient day.
